A scouting network built for global football

Identifying talent. Building pathways. Creating opportunities.

We identify young African players early, prepare them properly, and connect them with clubs where they can actually succeed.

Why we exist

Every season, promising careers are cut short by poor advice, rushed transfers and unprepared transitions. Players signed on hype and dropped within a year. Families misled. Clubs disappointed.

We work the other way round. Most of the players we represent are identified one to two years before they're ready to move. We follow their development in real time, stay in direct contact with their club, monitor injuries and progression, travel to see them play, and work alongside their families so the player can concentrate on football.

We don't oversell. Not to clubs, not to players, not to families. Every projection we make is grounded in what we've actually seen on the pitch.
By the time a club signs one of our players, we're not presenting a profile. We're presenting a young man we've watched grow up.

Proof of concept

From grassroots football in West Africa to the UEFA Conference League.

DVSC Debrecen v FC København.

A structured pathway. A trusted hand.

Three pillars define how we operate.

Pillar one

Deep scouting

Live observation across grassroots tournaments, academies and regional leagues, backed by video analysis. We don't recommend a player we haven't watched ourselves.

Pillar two

Complete preparation

Tactical understanding, professional habits, language and mental readiness — built before the move, not improvised after it.

Pillar three

Lifetime support

We stay involved long after the signature: performance monitoring, family orientation and day-to-day career management.
